When Tuition is Due
Tuition is due immediately upon completion of the tuition agreement for the following year. From that time forward, arrangements need to be made for tuition payment.
Tuition Payment Policy
Tuition is collected through TADS (Tuition Aid/Data Services).
- Parents choose from 3 Payment Plans: Lump Sum, Semi-annual or 10 months
- Parents choose from 3 Payment Options: Check, ACH Withdrawal or Credit Card (VISA/MC, Discover or American Express)
Since tuition is an exchange for the service of providing education for their child(ren), and the school must meet its expenses on a timely basis, parents are expected to pay the full amount of the tuition on a timely basis. The tuition rates for each year are published and available at registration time.
Delinquent Tuition
TADS will assess late fees to all Delinquent accounts unless other arrangements have been made with OLP when a payment is missed.
If tuition is delinquent at the end of the school term:
- Registration for the next year will not be considered official.
- Tuition for the current school year must be paid in full before registration for the following year will be considered official.
- Students will not be allowed to start school in the fall if the previous year's tuition is not paid in full.
- If tuition payment is delinquent, OLP reserves the right to withhold:
- report cards,
- academic records,
- and/or the graduation diploma.
If tuition payment remains delinquent even after these measures, OLP will send the account to a collections agency for processing.
