Kindergarten Only
State Age Requirements · Minnesota State Law requires that children MUST be five years of age by September 1st to enroll in kindergarten. A birth certificate or Baptismal certificate must be presented to the school prior to enrolling.
All kindergartners enrolling in OLP for the first time must complete Early Childhood Screening. It is free and includes an immunization review, developmental screening, vision and hearing screening and review of your child's health history. It is done by Minneapolis Public School nurses and can be scheduled by calling 612-668-3712.
Preschool Records · If your child attended a preschool and you would like those records in the permanent file here, please request that the school send those records to us.
All New Students
Immunization Records• Health records are needed before your child may attend school. Minnesota law requires that schools enforce the immunization law.
