Registration Checklist

Kindergarten students • Registration

• Early Childhood Screening • Mandatory for incoming kindergartner students • 612-348-8687 or 612-668-3711
• Kindergarten registration begins November 20, 2008 and can be sent it at anytime.

January 29, 2009

• Packets for Current Families will be available for pickup at the Open House on January 29, 2009.
• If a packet is not picked up, it will be sent home in the Friday folder on January 30, 2009.

January 30, 2009

Registration for 2009-2010 school year begins February 2, 2009 and can be sent in at any time. Kindergarten registration begins November 20, 2008 and can be sent it at anytime. Acceptance is based on the following:

• Current School Families are given priority until February 20, 2009.
• OLP Parish Families not currently enrolled at OLP School are given priority until February 27, 2009.
• After February 27, 2009, registration will be opened up to Non-Parish OLP Families. Once open registration begins, available seats will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
• Registration will be considered official when tuition for the current year is paid in full and a registration form and fee has been filled out and paid.

By March 15, 2009

• Apply for Education Grant through TADS on-line.

By April 1, 2009

• Register for Extended Day. Registration Form is available by going to Forms.

April 11, 2009

• TADS reports received by OLP

April 23-May 4, 2009

• Education Grants determined and notification letters mailed for all registered students.

May 15, 2009

• Tuition Agreements are mailed to all registered students.

By July 1, 2009

• Tuition Agreements Due back to OLP, Accounting Department.

August 3, 2009

• Final Registration Packets mailed to all registered students. This packet includes all final updates and forms that need to be completed and returned by the first day of school.
• Purchase school supplies. Check out supply lists.

By September 7, 2009• First Day of School

• Up-to-Date Immunization Records
• Early Childhood Screening Reports
• All forms that were in the Registration Packet need to be signed and returned to the Admin Office of the School Building.
• Birth Certificates of new students
