Beginning in early 2012, the Archbishop of Saint Paul and Minneapolis set up a process called the Pastoral Visitation Process. Every parish within the Archdiocese will be visited by one of three regional vicars. This process will run every three years. Our Lady of Peace is one of last remaining parishes to be visited by the Vicar.
In a letter from the Archbishop, "These visitations will help engage pastors and parish leadership in discussion about how to grow and develop the parish and increase the parish's effectiveness in carrying out the mission of the Church. ... the visits are intended to provide pastoral encouragement for the priests and the parishes."

Before the Vicar visits in June, our assisgnment is to complete an Individual Reflection Record - Parish Self-Assessment.
