PARISH HIGHLIGHTS

One Large Party

We are in the process of building a team!  

Alot has been done this year to divide the work required to throw One Large Party.

Please look over the following information and see if there is something that you would like to do.   Click any bolumn on the chart below to find out who has already volunteered, who needs a co-chair, job descriptions and more information. We are sure there is something that would be a perfect fit for you!!  

Committe Chairs / VENUE CHAIRPERSONS

• It's time to start finding the Venue and Committee Chairpersons!! Green Boxes below.
• If it is too overwhelming to do it on your own find another parishioner to help out.   We would like to see two parishioners heading up each venue or committee.  
• The Venue and Committee Chairpersons work in conjunction with the Event Co-Chairs to determine overall event layout and planning.  
• The venues are the School Building Venue, Pates Hall Venue, Outside Venue.  
• The committees are the Budget Committee, Volunteer Committee, Fund Raising Committee, Marketing Committee, Maintenance Committee, and Support Services Committee.
• Chairpersons will receive a neon-green Staff T-Shirt plus other incentives and prizes.

Venue Managers

• We also need Venue Managers!! Blue Boxes below.
• Venue Managers will work in conjunction with the Committee Chairpersons.   They are responsible for the planning, organization, set up and tear down, and staffing and operation of their venue during the event.
• We need Venue Managers for the following venues: Silent Auction, Sweet Shop, Sweepstakes, Bingo, OLP "Classifieds"and the Special Sunday Hospitality.
• We are looking for High School aged parishioners to be the Kid's Bingo and the Food Booth Venue Managers.
• Managers will receive a blue One Large Party T-Shirt.

Pre/Post Event Support Committee Members

• Beige Boxes below. If you are not interested in the weekend of One Large Party, these are the areas you might consider. All of these activiites will either be done before September 19-21 or after the event. Many of them can be worked on this summer.

Support Stff Committee Members during the weekend of One Large Party

• Yellow Boxes below. Want to work the weekend ... check out these areas. This is a great opportunity for School service hours.

Additional Volunteers

• We also need parishioners who can bake and make soups.  
• We need parishioners who can make breakfast treats and dishes for the Special Sunday Hospitality.   The possibilities are endless.   If you can not help out during the weekend this would be a great way to give your time or talent.
• Please consider donating your time, talent, or simply a monetary donation to defray costs of the event.  
• Consider sponsoring a venue in order to defray the operating costs.   Look for information on the Venue Sponsorship Program in the upcoming weeks.
